30-day money-back guarantee

New shared and business web hosting subscriptions include a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of first purchase. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days for a full refund of hosting fees.

Digital services

All products sold by LinxServers are digital services. No physical items are returned or shipped.

VPS & annual plans

Annual VPS subscriptions may be eligible for pro-rated refunds within 30 days of initial purchase if no significant resource abuse occurred. Contact support@linxservers.com with your order reference.

Non-refundable items

• Domain registration fees paid to third-party registrars (if applicable).
• Renewal charges after the guarantee period unless required by law.
• Accounts terminated for acceptable-use violations.

How to request a refund

Email support@linxservers.com with your account email, plan name, and order date. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
