What does LinxServers sell?

Digital cloud hosting and VPS subscription services only. No physical products are shipped.

What are Fan and Mega Fan plans?

These are our hosting plan tiers. Fan and Mega Fan are available as monthly shared/business hosting or annual VPS plans. Prices and features are listed on our Pricing page.

How is my service delivered?

After payment, you receive account credentials and setup instructions by email — typically within 24 hours. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Do plans auto-renew?

Yes. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. See our Subscription Policy.

What is your refund policy?

New hosting subscriptions include a 30-day money-back guarantee. Details are in our Refund Policy.

How do I cancel?

Email support@linxservers.com with your account email and plan name. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period unless otherwise stated.

Who processes payments?

Payments are processed by certified third-party providers (e.g. Stripe, Shopify Payments). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
